o 2024 SEAOC’s Structural Engineering Pathways Cohort
Selected as 1 of 50 individuals to participate in the SE Pathways Cohort at the 2024 SEAOC Convention. Participants learn about and discuss the challenges that engineers confront in their early years, and help brainstorm recommendations for solutions, with the engagement of experienced firm leaders.

o 2024-2025 NCSEA Foundation’s Steven B. Tipping Memorial Scholarship 
for Innovation and Excellence in Structural Engineering
Provide funds to create more opportunities for aspiring structural engineers in the form of named scholarships. After a thorough review of around 147 applicants across the country, the NCSEA Foundation awarded 15 scholarships.

o 2024 ASCE LA YMF International Women in Engineering Day (INWED) Scholarship
ASCE LA YMF’s Annual International Women in Engineering Day Celebration is an annual event, celebrating women in the Engineering field and inspire the next generation of leaders and reflecting on the challenges women face in the industry.

o 2022-2023 President's Scholarship
The Scholarship program recognizes 25 outstanding students annually who distinguish themselves through their academics, involvements and a personal essay.

o 2023-2024, 2022-2023 Kellogg Honors College Scholarship
The Scholarship recognizes Kellogg Honors students with high academic performance.

o 2024 & 2023 SEAOSC (Structural Engineering Association of Southern California) Foundation Scholarships
Awarded each year to outstanding engineering candidates nominated by Civil and Structural engineering faculty at Southern California colleges and universities, the scholarship award is based on excellence in academics, leadership, and extra-curricular activities with the desire to pursue a career in Structural Engineering.

o 2023 ASCE LA YMF (Young Member Forum) Scholarship
Awarded to outstanding undergraduate students, graduate students, and student chapters within the civil engineering community.

o 2023 CPP ASCE Scholarship
The Cal Poly Pomona American Society of Civil Engineers (CPP ASCE) Student Chapter awards two active student members of our organization to advance their academic and professional careers.

o 2022-2023 Transtech Engineers Scholarship
This scholarship was started by Melissa Demirci who is an alumna of Cal Poly Pomona’s College of Engineering from the Civil Engineering Program who also supports the Women in Engineering program.
o 2023 WTS - Orange County Scholarship
This scholarship recognizes individuals who demonstrate academic excellence, a commitment to continued educational advancement, and a desire to explore a career in the transportation realm.
o 2023 Science of Gingerbread STEAM Student Scholarship

o 2022 Chinese American Construction Professionals (CACPLA) Scholarship
The program recognizes students with the highest academic achievement and encourages them to thrive and to pursue professional excellence in architecture, engineering, design, or construction-related fields. 

o 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023 President's Honor List
The list honors undergraduate students who have a grade point average of 3.5 or better for completion at the University of 12 or more units during any two semesters of a university year.

o 2019-2020, 2020-2021, 2021-2022, 2022-2023 Dean's Honor List
The list honors undergraduate students who have completed at the University 12 or more letter grade units during the semester with a 3.5 or better grade point average for Cal Poly coursework.

o 2018-2019 Mathematics Pascal Award all-school winner

o Class of 2019 Valedictorian
The award recognizes the student with the highest GPA from Bethel Baptist High School, Santa Ana, California.
